The US Southeast From the Southern Appalachian down through the Piedmont to the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico coastal areas, as well as the Caribbean territories, maintaining dependable water services and reducing flood risks are critical concerns in both growing metropolitan areas and dispersed rural communities. Our work spans the EPA 4 Region (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and 6 Tribes), as well as Puerto Rico and Louisiana.
